Accutrak is a wireless keypad system that gives you the freedom to
move around the room, answering questions at your own pace. Think
of it as an electronic clipboard, whose answers are stored in the
keypad's memory to be downloaded at a later time.
This is best used for testing, training and tradeshow applications
where the audience is not together watching one presentation, but
walking around on their own responding to questions as they go.

Gathering Insightful Opinions Throughout the Day
Our client used Accutrak to let people wander around to
different stations and rooms at their meeting site and answer
questions at their own pace. The questions were regarding
thirteen templates of focus. The client's goal was to get all of
their various offices to work as ONE.
To do that, they identified 13 areas of focus to address and
come to some consensus among all the offices. They used the
Accutrak keypads to ask 3-4 questions at each station about each
item in hopes to find out which items are causing the most
resistance and what actions should be taken first in order to
facilitate the program.
At the end of the day, Meridia helped out by collecting the
keypads and downloading the responses to create a database that
allowed them to analyze the responses. In addition, Meridia
displayed the results on-site as standard bar charts and pie
charts for their review.
