To add energy to the meeting, the client used our Kiosk Survey System in the lobby and reception areas to run a multiple-kiosk trivia contest throughout the meeting. Participants logged into a kiosk then proceeded through several trivia questions, building a score which was then displayed on a central leaderboard screen for all to see. At the end of the seminar, leaderboard finalists were given prizes for their efforts and knowledge -- and our client was given a comprehensive breakdown of how their employees answered every question!
